Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store successfully. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and coaching team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and instill organizational values for a cohesive team environment.
• Address customer concerns and maintain store appearance and product quality.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store staff.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in customer service, team leadership, and adherence to company policies.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management capacity.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail background preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience relevant to the role.
