Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for overseeing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, optimizing store performance, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and leading the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
