• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolution of concerns.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
