Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As part of the training program, you will learn all aspects of successfully running a store, preparing you for a future leadership role. Your responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, managing schedules, ensuring customer service excellence, and developing the team.

Starting wage: $30.00 per hour | Potential earnings in Year 1: Up to $119,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and manage budgets.
• Prior retail experience and management background preferred.
