Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join ALDI, where you will undergo comprehensive training to successfully manage all aspects of store operations. As part of this program, you will supervise daily activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while nurturing the growth of your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Ability to lead and work in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
