Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join ALDI, one of the leading retail companies. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while nurturing and developing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (salary + bonus, location-dependent)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Communicate organizational values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation standards.
• Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, and training.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory to drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Experience in retail environment (3 years preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with operational and budget management
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
