Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Mechanical Maintenance technician at our facility. As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued operation of our state-of-the-art facility through breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and comply with departmental safety policies.
- Participate in WF’s 6-S Program (housekeeping) to maintain a clean work environment.
- Utilize process control documents and DWIs for efficient operations.
- Perform machinery adjustments to ensure optimal functioning.
- Conduct fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and other related maintenance skills.
- Good oral communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
