Responsibilities

• Successfully complete safety training and comply with departmental safety policies and guidelines.
• Participate in WF’s 6-S Program (housekeeping).
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs).
• Adjust machinery to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform maintenance equipment repairs and tasks.

Qualifications/Skills

• Education, equivalent experience, or actively pursuing a degree in a Maintenance related field.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Solid work history with good oral communications and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, blueprint reading, power transmission repair, and machine repair.

Education/Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
