Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc., a leading supplier of iron castings, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join their team in Tell City, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for breakdown response, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety policies.
- Participate in the 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Work Instructions.
- Adjust machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education in a Maintenance-related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
Candidates must pass interviews, aptitude tests, and pre-employment screenings.
