Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Mechanical Maintenance at our manufacturing facility in Tell City, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility through breakdown response, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and other tasks.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and comply with departmental safety policies.
- Participate in WF's 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
- Make necessary adjustments to machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Solid work history and good oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and more.
