As the Member Experience Lead, you will play a critical role in creating an uplifting and inclusive environment for our members and team members, and provide world-class experiences for our members. Responsibilities

• Ensure a welcoming and non-intimidating experience for guests and members
• Recruit, hire, and train Member Experience Specialists
• Lead by example and promote our values and culture in every interaction
• Maintain club facilities, equipment, and staff performance
• Support General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and conducting interviews
• Provide coaching, feedback, and in-the-moment support to team members
• Communicate, motivate, and provide solutions to move the business forward
• Build trust and strong relationships with all team members
