At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Member Experience Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment that fosters authentic connections, trust, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine and friendly interactions with guests and members.
• Provide accurate information and support, ensuring a positive experience.
• Promote and sell memberships, facilitate upgrades, and conduct club tours.
• Collaborate with the team to implement ideas for enhancing member experiences.
• Execute daily responsibilities, including guest and member check-in processes, club maintenance, and merchandising.
