Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Member Experience Specialist (MES) to join our team. As an MES, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and meaningful experience for our members and guests during every visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, creating personal connections, addressing problems, maintaining cleanliness, and conducting club tours. You will also be responsible for selling memberships, driving upgrades, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with Guests and Members
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone
• Be familiar with our membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, book personal training consultations (PTC), and sign members up for personal training
• Consistently find ways to improve the Guest and Member experience by sharing member feedback with leadership and collaborate with their team to implement ideas
