Salary: Base rate of $11.40 per hour, plus $2 - $4 commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales

We are seeking a Member Experience Specialist to join VASA Fitness, a supportive community centered on delivering an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for all. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience, driving membership sales, and ensuring our club maintains operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a genuine and kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and a courteous tone.
• Assist in providing clear direction, accurate information, and support through tools and technology.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and sign members up for personal training.
• Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
• Consistently find ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
