Member Experience Specialist

Job Description

As a Member Experience Specialist at VASA Fitness, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests. Your role involves creating personal connections, maintaining a sparkling clean environment, addressing member needs, and executing operational standards to ensure a positive impression of VASA Fitness. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sell memberships, drive upgrades, and promote the gym by touring guests and members around the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a kind and genuine attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members in a friendly manner, providing clear direction and accurate information.
• Promote club memberships, upgrades, personal training consultations, and other amenities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
• Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, club maintenance, merchandise restocking, and REVIVE sales processing.
