Member Experience Specialist

Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Member Experience Specialist (MES) to join our team. As an MES, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued during every visit to our club. From greeting members with a warm smile to organizing equipment and maintaining a clean facility, you will be instrumental in creating a positive environment that promotes health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
• Anticipate guest and member needs and respond by providing clear direction and support through our tools and technology.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, book personal training consultations, and sign members up for personal training.
• Consistently find ways to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
• Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
