Salary: $18.25 per hour (increases to $19.21 per hour after 6 months)
The Merchandiser for Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for stocking and displaying a range of popular beverage brands in retail stores within the assigned territory. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the territory.
- Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
- Use personal vehicle to travel among stores (no product transportation required).
- Utilize company-issued phone with a clock-in/out app for shifts and mileage tracking.
Shift and Schedule
- Full-time position with 5 am start time until work is finished.
- 5 scheduled shifts per week including weekends (days off during the week).
- Flexibility for overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
