In this role, you will work on the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) weapons program, developing, integrating, testing, and delivering complex software solutions for precision guided munition weapon systems. Collaborate with a multi-discipline engineering team to implement real-time embedded software applications, ensuring correct software functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multi-discipline engineering team to create and implement Operational Flight Program software solutions.
  • Contribute in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Develop solutions using Ada, C#, and Python.
  • Test software, verify correct functionality, and troubleshoot defects.
  • Develop leadership skills and work directly with the US Air Force and Navy customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical degree.
  • 3+ years' experience in software development using Object-Oriented principles.
  • 3+ years' experience in embedded real-time software development.
