Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Minimal Data Set Coordinator who is a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Genesis Health, a premier healthcare provider. As the LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring patient care and nursing center reimbursement compliance through the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs).

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process in adherence to guidelines, including encoding, electronic transmission of MDS, and Care Plan development.
• Provide training to the interdisciplinary team on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.
