As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Commercial Semi Tractors and Trailers, ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Semi Tractors and Trailers.
- Provide detailed work orders, including working Mobile Road Calls and In Yard services.
- Deliver quality customer service while inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance measures and ensure DOT compliance.
- Document all repairs and communicate findings to management promptly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Trailer repair and 2+ years in Diesel repair.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds and use basic computer skills for billing.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
