Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced MRI Supervisor to lead our MRI team in the Radiology Department. As a Team Leader, you will oversee technical operations, ensure compliance, and facilitate a seamless workflow to deliver safe and effective patient care. Additionally, you will play a key role in staff scheduling, participate in the hiring process, and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical and compliance measures in MRI operations.
- Assist in scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs.
- Participate in the hiring process of new staff.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care through proper workflow oversight.
- Act as a coach to provide guidance and facilitate collaboration within the team.
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call duties.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
- Advanced certification in MRI.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the appropriate modality.
- Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
