Job Description
We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. In this full-time position, you will work various shifts with a weekend commitment, providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes assisting in patient assessments, performing designated medical procedures, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessments and care activities.
- Perform treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
- Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and participate in patient care collaboration.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the ConnectCare system is a plus.
