Job Description
We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with various nursing care activities to support patient care. You will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
- Perform activities of daily living care for patients.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per established standards of practice.
- Respond to emergency codes and perform CPR as needed.
- Ensure emergency equipment is functioning correctly.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
