Charter Senior Living - Cookeville is seeking a Night Shift Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing safe and professional care for residents, promoting their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and escort services.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document assistance provided and report any resident issues to supervisors.
• Ensure residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Effective communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations calmly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Experience with the elderly preferred.
