Responsibilities

• Understand and document on the 24-hour communication reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and notify superiors of any changes in condition.
• Assist with medication records, ordering, and monitoring incoming medications.
• Ensure timely communication with the pharmacy regarding any discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the appropriate state.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred.
• Proficiency in English with CPR certification.
• Passing a background check is mandatory for employment.
