We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at One Medical, a leading primary care organization. As part of our employer health program, you will manage a diverse patient panel at on-site clinics, providing a range of acute, chronic, and well visits. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel at employer on-site clinics.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in outpatient primary care (or equivalent).
• State license in New York before start date.
• Strong passion for human-centered primary care.
