Occupational Therapist

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy is responsible for providing patient-centered outpatient care, development of individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based occupational therapy regimens to restore patients to full functionality. This role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care and seeks to exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest quality service in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes, and other required forms as requested.
• Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other sources.
• Maintain the necessary clinical logs and checklists for compliance with local and federal requirements.

• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• A passion for occupational therapy and patient care.
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for the entire assigned shift.
• Determination to emotionally invest and achieve work goals.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of application or eligibility for licensure.
