Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager for the Phoenix South territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products and building strong business relationships with therapeutic specialists in the assigned area. This role involves implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
Key Skills
- Strategic Account Management: Demonstrate strong sales analytics capabilities, thorough understanding of customer business models, and identify key stakeholders within accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Define clear objectives, develop tailored strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans effectively.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Maintain cross-functional partnerships, engage with colleagues, and create streamlined interfaces.
- Selling Effectiveness: Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products effectively, stay informed of industry trends, and build strong relationships.
- Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products, respond to inquiries, and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge.
- Execution: Organize medical information exchanges, represent the company at conferences, and utilize CRM tools for effective customer interaction.
Required Experience
- Four-year college/university degree.
- Experience in Oncology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet travel requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate business school study.
- Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market.
- Strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge.
- Strategic account planning experience.
