Oncology Business Manager (Northeast) - Jazz Pharmaceuticals
Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Business Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and business strategy skills, establishing and managing key relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, including understanding group purchasing organizations, contracting, and health economics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate and execute brand objectives for Jazz Oncology portfolio.
- Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
- Lead the development of account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for products.
- Build and manage key business relationships with oncology decision makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA or related field) with 10+ years of industry experience.
- 3+ years' experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems or Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement models, hospital ecosystems, and Electronic Medical Records.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize in complex healthcare environments.
Location
This position is for candidates located in the Northeast region of the United States.
