Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Oncology Business Manager for the Pacific Northwest region, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing business plans to ensure access to our innovative Oncology products. You will work closely with key stakeholders in health systems and community oncology practices to establish and strengthen business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and reimbursement/access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the Jazz Oncology brand objectives and educate on product access.
- Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts to maximize product access.
- Identify and manage key business relationships with stakeholders to position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience, MBA or Hospital Administration preferred.
- Experience working with Oncology Practice Network accounts, Health Systems, or Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Oncology business, reimbursement models, and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

This position is based in the Pacific Northwest region.
