We are looking for passionate individuals to lead crucial analyses addressing military capability gaps across warfighting domains, influencing business strategy and capability development across the BDS portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct and deliver comprehensive analyses for military platforms and constituent technologies
- Utilize tools like AFSIM, MATLAB, and others to conduct in-depth analysis
- Present observations and recommendations to government customers and senior leadership
- Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Support new business pursuits with analysis insights
- Work independently and in teams as needed
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Prior engineering experience with aircraft, spacecraft, weapons, or related systems
- Strong technical communication skills for presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education
- Familiarity with AFSIM, Brawler, or similar modeling tools
Typical Education and Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or Master's degree in engineering; ABET accreditation preferred
Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD in engineering; ABET accreditation preferred
Relocation: Relocation assistance available
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience; Level 2: $81,600 - $110,400, Level 3: $97,750 - $132,250
