Operations Analysis Engineer (Associate or Experienced)

We are looking for passionate individuals to lead crucial analyses addressing military capability gaps across warfighting domains, influencing business strategy and capability development across the BDS portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct and deliver comprehensive analyses for military platforms and constituent technologies
• Utilize tools like AFSIM, MATLAB, and others to conduct in-depth analysis
• Present observations and recommendations to government customers and senior leadership
• Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Support new business pursuits with analysis insights
• Work independently and in teams as needed

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Prior engineering experience with aircraft, spacecraft, weapons, or related systems
• Strong technical communication skills for presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent education
• Familiarity with AFSIM, Brawler, or similar modeling tools

Typical Education and Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or Master's degree in engineering; ABET accreditation preferred

Experienced (Level 3): Bachelor's with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD in engineering; ABET accreditation preferred

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience; Level 2: $81,600 - $110,400, Level 3: $97,750 - $132,250
