Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in Olathe, KS. As an integral part of our National Services & divisional offices, you will support the smooth running of our stores and warehouses by providing administrative and operational assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate information on behalf of senior management to internal stakeholders.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide general office support to management.
- Order supplies and maintain filing systems.
- Identify and report irregularities, conduct training, and act as backup assistant as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
Office work involving sitting, using a computer, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Travel
Minimal travel for training and administrative tasks.
