Job Description

We are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As a part of ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, you will play a key role in coordinating operations to ensure timely and safe transportation and logistics solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safety compliance.
• Assign tasks and provide job training and feedback.
• Create a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials.
• Support company culture and goals in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
