General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, provide training, and monitor performances.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and safe handling of materials.
• Maintain a positive attitude, work in a team setting, and support department goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center or transportation experience preferred. Supervisory experience a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
