General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training and performance feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve department goals while upholding our values-driven culture.
• Handle hazardous materials with care, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center, transportation, or related field preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: General knowledge of freight operations and handling techniques.
