General Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Ensure proper load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks according to schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, growth, and wellness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Service center or transportation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
