Job Description

MacLean-Fogg, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an Operator 1 for our forming process. Operating assigned mechanical equipment and ensuring product quality are the primary responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and possess solid working knowledge of the subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned mechanical equipment
• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements
• Perform moderately advanced troubleshooting and adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints if applicable
• Use moderately advanced measuring instruments
• Adhere to 5S standards

Experience and Education

• Perform work under minimal supervision
• Handle moderately complex issues and problems
• 1 to 3 years of experience

Skills

• Ability to interpret work instructions
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills
