Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Youth Counselor to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH. As an important member of our residential facility, you will be responsible for providing overnight supervision and support to the young individuals in our care, fostering stability, growth, and healing during critical night hours. Responsibilities
- Assist second shift faculty with bedtime routines.
- Provide crisis support to students engaging in unsafe behaviors.
- Celebrate student successes and reinforce positive behavior.
- Document service delivery and incidents professionally and punctually.
- Establish rapport with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or equivalent work experience with children.
- Valid driver's license, 21+ years of age, and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Satisfactory background check and pre-employment screenings.
