Part-Time Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. As a Stocker, your role will involve stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and operating machinery while adhering to safety procedures.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide feedback to management
• Stock shelves, rotate products, create merchandised displays, and operate machinery

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and interpret company policies
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Cashiers must operate a cash register accurately; Stockers must operate equipment safely

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience a plus
