Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing top-notch customer service. This dynamic role offers a variety of tasks and interactions daily.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Must be able to perform tasks with or without accommodation.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback on products.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure product freshness and display quality.
• Follow planograms and operate equipment safely.
• Organize inventory and maintain store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and interpret company policies.
• Effective communication skills and time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is an asset.
