Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining displays, and following safety procedures. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies. Both roles involve working within a team environment and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and assist with inventory counts

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and follow safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous work experience in a retail setting
