Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join the collaborative team at ALDI. As a vital member of our workforce, you will operate registers or machinery, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch customer service. This role offers a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks to keep you engaged every day.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the direct leader
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Execute cashier duties including processing purchases, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service
• Perform stocker responsibilities such as proper product rotation, merchandising displays, and operating machinery safely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Effective time management
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
