Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our collaborative team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
• Operate machinery following safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Effective time management

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
