Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide exceptional service, monitor inventory, and ensure adherence to cash policies. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking and organizing products, creating displays, and operating machinery safely. Both roles require the ability to work independently and within a team environment, excellent communication skills, and effective time management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Operate registers or machinery smoothly.
- Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping experiences.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
