Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. In this role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide top-notch customer service in a collaborative setting. With an emphasis on team communication and performance of assigned duties, you will be an essential part of the store operations.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from the direct leader
• Maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, stocking, and cleaning
• Execute stocker responsibilities such as organizing inventory and operating machinery
Qualifications
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
• Capability to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Effectively work in a team as well as independently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
