Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers. As an essential part of our store operations, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain inventory, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Operate machinery, follow safety protocols, and create attractive displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, perform general cleaning duties.
• Execute cashier duties efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Effective time management and familiarity with retail operations.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
