Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and uphold store security measures. As a Stocker, you will maintain product availability, create attractive displays, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Ensure security and confidentiality of store documents
- Cashier duties: Process purchases, stock shelves, and deliver exceptional service
- Stocker duties: Maintain product freshness, create merchandised displays, and operate machinery safely
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform various physical tasks in a retail environment
- Qualifications: 18 years of age or older, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
