Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join Aldi's team and help enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a cashier, you will process purchases, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store. As a stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating attractive displays, and ensuring product freshness. Both roles require collaboration with team members, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to excellent service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain store security and confidentiality
• Operate machinery efficiently and follow safety procedures
• Process customer purchases accurately
• Stock shelves, create well-merchandised displays, and rotate products
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
