We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Stocker, you will ensure that our shelves are properly stocked and organized, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers as needed
- Report product issues and maintain inventory accuracy
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness
- Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays
- Operate machinery safely and maintain a tidy sales floor
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of retail products and services
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
