Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a cashier or stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, operating registers, stocking shelves, and ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with team members, uphold security and confidentiality standards, and perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned. Cashiers are responsible for processing customer purchases and providing exceptional customer service, while stockers ensure shelves are properly stocked and displays are merchandised excellently. Both roles require flexibility, excellent communication skills, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Effective time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
